Hitron Technologies Americas provides solutions direct to service providers and ISPs. We are committed to providing customers a high level of support for all their technical, sales, logistics and general questions. Support is provided directly to our MSO customers through a dedicated team of local, national, and international personnel.
Our goals with support are manifold:
Help customers understand our products, services, and solutions.
Provide quick, complete and efficient resolution to issues.
Support our customers’ ability to deliver new services through feature enhancement.
Be flexible and nimble to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
We use an online tool for support to assist with entering, tracking and resolving questions, issues, or enhancement requests. The support solution is process oriented to help reduce customers total cost of ownership for all Hitron products. We can adapt the solution to work within your support framework for engineering, customer care, product, operations, etc. Customers are provided logins to our online support system for ease of tracking and providing updates on solutions.
